Financial director of the International Association of Armenian Culture
Sargis Stepan Payaslyan was born in the capital city of Armenia, Yerevan, graduated from the school named after Guy with a gold medal, then entered Yerevan State Academy of Fine Arts with the specialty designer-constructor, graduated with a red diploma. Then he studied at Yerevan State Institute of Social Economy, majoring in Economics. Worked as a head of the social department of the district council's executive committee, director of the social security center. He continued his work in the system of the RA Ministry of Finance, then in the RA Ministry of Transport and Communications and in the organizations of the system. Since 1994, he has been a member of the Union of RA Designers. He is married, has two children and two grandchildren.
