The Association was established in January 13, 2021 to implement various cultural and educational programs related to the Armenian national culture in Republic of Armenia and abroad as well. The founder-president of the association is Karine Davtyan: Head of YSU Cultural Center and director of "University" theatre-studio. Art critic, candidate of arts, associate professor Satenik Vardanyan is the Co-founder of the association.

- Discovering and publicizm of the heritage left by Armenians in all over the world
- Discovering our ethnos and find out its opportunities
- Creation of an Armenian ethnic theater

- Involvement of all the cultural spheres in different reforming processes
- Leveling up Ethics and aesthetics of interpersonal relationships
- Making a draft of a project related to plagiarism
- Discussing projects for Renewal RA state symbols
- Cooperation with “Total Art” cultural NGO.
- Collaboration with «Emerging Talents» design and fashion salon in Milan.
- The first magnificent event was entitled "Will, Wisdom, Love": the presentation of Satenik Vardanyan's book "The Image of Jesus Christ in in XX Century and Modern Armenian Art ", and the exhibition of Armenian contemporary artists thematic works.
- Armenia was honorably represented by YSU Cultural Center soloist, member of the “International Association of Armenian Culture” NGO Maritsa Tilikyan at the "Baltic Voice 2021" International Vocal Children and Youth Competition held in Lithuania on July 2-4, 2021. She was awarded the “Golden Grand Prix”: As a supervisor, Maritsa was accompanied by Karine Davtyan, Head ofYSU Cultural Center, Founder-President of “International Association of Armenian Culture” NGO, who was also invited to be a member of the international jury of the competition from Armenia.
- On September 10, 2021, the Lebanese civic organization “Fayha Choir” and the “International Association of Armenian Culture” NGO signed a memorandum of cooperation to hold joint international cultural events.
- On November 8-12, 2021 Karine Davtyan Founder-President of the International Association of Armenian Culture, Head of the YSU Cultural Center, will take part in the “2nd GOLDEN VOICES – 2021” international vocal competition organized by the “World Association of Performing Arts” in Armenia as a member of an international jury.
- The association cooperates with Zhanna Shahbazyan, head of Armenian Sunday School after Mashtoc in Tallinn, Estonia
The association is open to all those who wish to invest in joint cultural national and international activities:
- Any person over 18 years of age who accepts the goals defined by the charter of the organization, wants to participate in its activities can become a member of the organization.
- A person wishing to become a member of the organization proposes an application to the executive body of the organization, the president.
- The issue of admission is decided by the President on the basis of this charter.
- The member of the organization is free to leave the organization at any time.
- The expulsion from the membership of the organization is done by the decision of the president.
- There is no membership fee for the members of the organization.
